Coaching Packages

Phone interview, usually 15 – 30 minutes in length – free

This is a conversation between coach and client to make sure that this is a mutually agreeable relationship and to help determine the best package.

8 weeks of individual coaching:

2 weekly (1 hour sessions) followed by six weeks of 30 minute sessions, either in person or by phone and unlimited email communication. $175

12 weeks of individual coaching:

2 weekly(1 hour sessions) followed by ten weeks of 30 minute sessions, either in person or by phone and unlimited email communication. This is the package I recommend most often as it is typical to need this amount of time to truly effect a change.

Extra time – You may call the coach between the scheduled calls/meetings if you need a sounding board, have a problem, or want to share a success. We do not bill for additional time of this type, but ask that you keep the calls short. Also, feel free to communicate with me as often as you would like via email.

After the initial package, additional coaching can be added at a monthly fee.

Group Coaching:

Depending on the size of the group, the fees range. Fees start at $75/hour.
