Healing From the Inside Out - “Listen to and learn from your body” How does the mind-body-spirit connection impact your everyday life? In this informative workshop we will do some introspective and interactive discovery work. We will explore the energy centers within us and how we can heal those centers to achieve our healthiest life.
Inspired Thinking for Women – Explore your strengths and empower yourself. This is a journey inward to assist women with self esteem, empowerment, self responsibility and growth. We will look at “how we get in our own way” with some strategies for using our strengths to overcome our barriers.
Voices of the Feminine Spirit - A “well” woman’s night out with the girls! Come enjoy a wellness night of pampering, relaxation, movement, exploration and celebration of the feminine spirit. Can be centered around special events and custom tailored to fit the needs of a specific group.
The Balanced Life – Find your balance! Wellness is a holistic concept. Anything short of that is incomplete and ultimately ineffective. Individually, we will look at the whole person with some assessment tools to help define where we may be lacking balance. Discussion regarding strategies and action plans for moving forward will be included.![]()

Creating an Experience - An interactive customer service workshop focused on creating an “experience” for the current or prospective customer. Emphasis on positive interactions and how they can create “an experience” that will have customers talking and coming back for more. Some of the important tenets would include: Personal responsibility, team support, problems as opportunities, being present in the moment, and making their day!

Group Coaching - This is an opportunity for a group to come together and focus on a topic of interest, facilitated by a coach to help keep the group on target, and focused on team collaboration. This works well with facilitating change, overcoming obstacles, creating strategies in a business environment.
